Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – “Twilight” saga actress Kristen Stewart is open about her dating life as she has been pictured dating a woman but in her recent interview with Nylon, she refuses to label her sexuality.
The actress graced the cover of Nylon’s September issue and she said that people want to define themselves but as for her, she is an actress and she lives in the ambiguity of the showbiz life and she loves it.
The 25-year-old added that she thinks people, in a few years or so, will not be needing to label people if they are gay or straight. She added that she just likes to do her thing noting that she wants to remain vague about her sexual orientation because it is not important.
Stewart continued, “I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!’ No, I do a job. Until I decide that I’m starting a foundation or that I have some perspective or opinion that other people should be receiving … I don’t. I’m just a kid making movies.”
As for the tabloids, Stewart shares that she feels as if she is part of a comic book and she has this assigned personality. She said that it’s what the business is about so the media just does what they can in order for the industry to boom even more and make more money.
Stewart is not the first Hollywood actress to have come forward with her sexuality and confronted the issues surrounding her. Miley Cyrus, Cara Delevigne , Amber Heard, and many more have been interviewed about dating women in the past months.
Just recently, Cyrus, who has been seen out and about with Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell, shared in an interview the following statement: “Yo , I’m down with any adult—anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me. I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.”
Stewart and Cyrus both dated men before as Stewart was linked to Robert Pattinson while Cyrus was once engaged to Liam Hemsworth .
