Early Wednesday (August 26), television reporter Alison Parker and photographer Adam Ward were shot and killed during a live broadcast in Virginia.
Celebrities have been taking to their Twitter accounts to send condolences to the families and express their remorse.
Sophia Bush tweeted about the tragedy, “Shocked and horrified by the news coming out of Virginia… To murder people and then live tweet about it?? It’s sick.”
