TMZ is reporting that Liberty Ross, the actress wife of film director Rupert Sanders, has filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court.
The British couple, now based in Los Angeles, were all over the news last summer, when photos were leaked of Sanders cheating on Ross with Kristen Stewart, whom he directed — along with his wife — in
Snow White and the Huntsman
.The affair was acknowledged, and apologies made; Stewart and boyfriend Robert Pattinson appear to have reconciled.
According to TMZ, Ross is asking for joint custody of her two children with Sanders, aged five and seven; and Sanders, in his response, seeks the same, and is not asking for spousal support.
