Actor Robert Pattinson is reportedly laying low at Reese Witherspoon’s California ranch.
The British actor’s girlfriend Kristen Stewart admitted cheating on him last week through a written letter posted on the net after pictures showed up with Kristen hugging and squeezing married director Rupert Sanders. Robert has up till now not made any publicly statement about the affair, although he has moved out of the Los Angeles home he shared with Kristen.
It has now been revealed that the horror hunk is seeking solace at his Water for Elephants co-star Reese’s vacation home.
According to reports, Robert wants to relax at the secluded property while he decides his next move.
“[He's] a total mess… He’s questioning everything,” a source says, with a friend adding he “doesn’t know what to do”.
In the wake of the scandal, Kristen has been trying desperately to contact her devastated boyfriend. The actress has reportedly been frantically sending texts and phone calls.
“She’s dying to save the relationship. It’s the only thing she cares about,” a source added.
It has been rumoured that Robert pulled out of a scheduled appearance to promote his new film, ‘Cosmopolis’.
However, the star’s management insists such reports aren’t true.
“’Cosmopolis’ is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting. No confirmed engagements have been cancelled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate,” the spokesperson clarified.
