To say that actor Robert Pattinson, the victim of his beloved Kristen Stewart’s vile cheating with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Saunders, is broken hearted is putting it lightly. And to top it off, Robert can’t go out of his living quarters without being chased by the paparazzi. What does one do? Reese Witherspoon, who has been through a public divorce once, knows how important it is to be alone and collect your thoughts. So she moved Robert to her palatial vacation home in Ojai, California. This home is beautiful, quiet, no phones, no Internet, just lovely peace and quiet. Just what Robert needs at this time.
Pattinson stars in the new movie “Cosmopolis,” due out in theaters August 17. And despite reports that the “Twilight “star has cancelled promotional appearances for the movie, he will show up to support the film in a few short weeks. 
“Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting,” his rep said in a statement on Wednesday. “No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate.”
So the fiercely private Pattinson will have to face the media and fan frenzy during the Cosmopolis premiere in New York City on Aug. 13 and speak to reporters at a press event the following day.
But until then, thanks to his good friend, and former co-star in “Water For Elephants,” Robert is safe from the stalking paparazzi, ringing phones and people asking him endless questions.
It pays to have good friends, they will be with you long after the cheaters have let you down.
